Course 1 Options:
- Arugula and burrata salad creamy burrata, prosciutto, pumpkin seeds and a cider vinaigrette
- Lump crab cocktail with sweet corn, avocado and red onion
- Arancini with homemade marinara sauce
Course 2 Options:
- Filet mignon over a mushroom risotto and sautéed asparagus
- Pasta carbonara with pancetta and roasted chicken thigh served with sauteed carrots
Course 3 Options:
- Chocolate molten lava cake served with vanilla ice cream and strawberry coulis
- Caramel panna cotta with macerated fruit

Details:
12 months to enjoy. Exact menu offering may vary based on chef availability at the time of reservation as well as any dietary restrictions or preferences. Subject to availability with the exception of major US holidays (July 4th, Labor Day, Superbowl, Thanksgiving, Christmas, NYE). Locations are in North America but vary based on availability. Accommodations are not included with this package.
Item pick up will be immediately after the concert on May 24th. Items that can be emailed, will be done so in a timely manner after your payment is processed at the completion of the auction. With any unclaimed items on the night of the concert, the bidder will be contacted about shipping or when they will pick up the item at Carlsbad High School Administration office by June 6th.
By bidding on this item, you agree to cover the shipping and handling costs and optional insurance if you would like it to be shipped to you. You will be contacted via email with the cost prior to finalizing payment for the item. Shipping will be by USPS. Carlsbad High School Band Boosters will only ship within the United States.
