At the West Shore YMCA, there are programs suited to anyone and everyone! As the third oldest branch of our Harrisburg Area YMCA Association, the West Shore YMCA provides a wellness facility and community center for individuals in the Camp Hill and Mechanicsburg area. We provide a place for youth, adults, families, and our senior citizens to connect with one another while getting healthy, together.
The Wellness Center at the West Shore YMCA provides cardio equipment, weight machines, and plenty of room to stretch. With state-of-the-art Cybex equipment including elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, and stair steppers, the Wellness Center provides everything you need to get fit. And, with access to personal trainers and the Y-Fit program, you?ll find the support you need to make a lasting lifestyle change at our gym.
Whether you?re looking for a fun place for your children to learn and grow or a place to make new friends, the Y has what you?re looking for. We provide sports, fitness programs, child care, aquatics and so much more. The West Shore YMCA has everything you need to keep your family healthy and living well!
