Item Description
Bids are for a limited edition Trot Nixon hand-signed and framed 8x10 photograph. Item comes professional double-matted and framed. Known as a "scrappy" player that hustles and is not afraid to get dirty in order to win a game, Trot Nixon has provided several important clutch hits during the postseason. During Game 3 of the 2003 American League Division Series, Nixon provided a two-run pinch-hit home run in the bottom of the 11th inning to save the Red Sox from elimination. Nixon is likely best known for his performance during the 2004 World Series, where he batted .357 and provided a two-run double in the deciding game for the eventual champion Boston Red Sox.
