Mendocino’s Seagull Inn Bed and Breakfast, located just steps to the Headlands and Big River State Parks, beaches, shops, galleries, outdoor recreation, and fine dining, is one of the original Bed and Breakfast Inns on the scenic Northern California Coast. ABOUT MENDOCINO
The New England style of Mendocino Village still maintains a Victorian era ambiance. Year-round flower gardens proliferate in the temperate climate, which sustains ferny trails in the five parks encompassing abalone coves, tide pools, redwoods and conifers, waterfalls and the Pygmy Forest. From Elk to Westport, where all buildings face the sea, Highway 1 follows the breathtaking coastline.

BREAKFAST
A delicious homemade organic breakfast is served to your room, at the time of your choice, at 8:30, 9:00 or 9:30. Freshly brewed coffee, decaf, tea, hot chocolate or milk; orange juice; fresh fruit; yogurt; as well as muffins, parfaits, bread pudding, or crustless quiche, all homemade and pre-determined by day of week. We also accommodate gluten free and vegan dietary restrictions. The breakfast is delicious and filling, and guests are always commenting its amazing quality. The homemade baked goods vary from day to day. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the privacy of your room or in our beautiful gardens or on the deck.

Valid Nov 1 - Apr 15. Subject to availability. Not valid over holidays. Must book vacation within 12 months of purchase. Vacation is non-refundable and fully transferable. You'll contact the vacation provider directly to select dates and book the vacation.

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, the certificate or instructions will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate or instructions will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.

For planning, note that the pick-up days are Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024 from 2:00-6:00 pm, and Thursday, May 23rd, 2024 from 12:40-3:00pm at SunRidge School in Sebastopol, California. 

All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
