ABOUT THE INN

Nestled in peaceful seclusion atop a bluff overlooking a mile of dramatic beachfront, the Elk Cove Inn’s Craftsman-style Mansion was built in 1883 by the L.E. White Lumber Co. as the Mill Superintendent’s home. It became one of the first bed & breakfast inns on the Mendocino Coast in 1968. The inn is set back from the road, surrounded by native trees, a creek and the ocean, with private stairs to the driftwood-strewn beach below.

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, the certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.

For planning, note that the pick-up days are Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024 from 2:00-6:00 pm, and Thursday, May 23rd, 2024 from 12:40-3:00pm at SunRidge School in Sebastopol, California.

All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
