Bayou’s Burgers and Birria!

Hello! You may have seen us around. Chef Bradley and Chef Mandy have been slinging cajun fusion food around Sonoma county since Fall of 2021 as Bayou On The Bay. We decided after much deliberation, "you know what Sonoma County needs? ANOTHER burger or birria joint!" (just kidding) That may be the last "new" thing we need around here, but we want to bring it to a whole new level. Between partnering with Tilted Ranch in Petaluma with his locally raised Scottish Highland Cattle, (yeah, that cute furry brown cow with the hairdo and horns) grinding our own house burgers, and details down to house pickles set us apart. We didn't invent burgers. We didn't invent birria, but damn do we do it well.

CAJUN STYLE with a TWIST…

Growing up in Louisiana Chef Bradley would wake up to his great grandma whistling and shouting in her sweet little voice, “yoo-hoo! yoooo -hooooo!” All of his cousins and family would run downstairs because they knew exactly what that meant. BEIGNETS! His earliest memories are standing on a stool at the counter and his grandma walking into the kitchen in the morning finding him cracking eggs and pouring milk into a bowl of flour trying to surprise them with pancakes. His love for cooking grew into a culinary career that took off at the age of 18. In 2021, he was able to launch his life long goal of starting a restaurant alongside his wife Mandy! Enter BAYOU ON THE BAY, and now INTRODUCING: BAYOU’S BURGERS AND BIRRIA! The new fun southern spin on quesabirria style tacos and fresh local house ground burgers.
