The Fine Print
- Local pick-up of silent auction items is on Saturday, November 15, 2014, at the secondary offices of Maranatha Christian Academy, 6826 Lackman Road, Shawnee, KS 66217 from 9am to 2pm.
- You must have your receipt with you to claim your items.
- You may have another individual pick up an item for you, but that individual must have a copy of your receipt to claim your item.
- All certificates expire November 8, 2015, unless otherwise stated by the donor.
- All items are assumed to be local pick-up. However, we are able to ship some items. If you would like your items shipped, you will need to email schoenfeldm@ma-kc.org to indicate you would like your item shipped. Otherwise, local pick-up will be assumed. Shipping will be at winner's expense and only the items designated "shipping available" can be shipped. Insurance will be required on all items whose retail value is $100 or more.
- Items that have no arrangements made for shipping or have not been picked by December 15, 2014, become the property of Maranatha Christian Academy. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed items.
- All sales are final and property is sold as is. There will be no refunds or exchanges.
- The donor has set the item value. MCA endeavored to describe items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents and shall in no event be responsible for the correctness of the description, genuineness, authorship, or condition of the property.
