You Placed a Winning Bid -- Now What?

All winning bidders will be sent a confirmation email.  It will take us approximately four to five business days to close the auction items and process all the credit cards.  If you are the highest bidder, your credit card will automatically be billed by AH&LEAF.  Once AH&LEAF has processed the payment, you will be sent an email confirmation from AH&LEAF.  All appropriate documentation will be mailed to you at the address you provided within 4 to 6 weeks following the close of the auction.  Unless otherwise stated, all merchandise includes shipping to anywhere in the United States.

Auction Policies

  1. All Sales are Final!  It is important that you take note of any restrictions, expiration dates, blackout dates, or special instructions because all sales are final. 
  2. All hotel stays are for two people (unless otherwise noted), are subject to availability, cannot be extended beyond the specified expiration date, require advance reservation and notification of certificate use at the time of reservation, and require presentation of original documentation upon arrival. Incidentals are the responsibility of the guest.
  3. Bid carefully as bids cannot be retracted.
  4. If you are the highest bidder, your credit card will be automatically billed by AH&LEF. 
  5. Once AH&LEF has processed the credit card information, all appropriate documentation is sent to the highest bidder at the address provided at registration within four to six weeks following the close of the auction. Unless otherwise stated, all merchandise includes shipping to anywhere in the United States.
