What happens now:

Per the Terms and Conditions, all sales are final. 

All package distribution will be handled by the participating station offering the package. (You can find this information in your item description: "This item offered by...") You can find a list of each of the participating stations' policies, along with contact information for that station HERE.

NOTE: All auction communication will come via e-mail.  If you are a winning bidder, you will receive TWO e-mails per item. One lets you know you've won an item, the second contains details on how you can claim your package. The auction emails will come from "@biddingforgood.org" so if you don't see them, be sure to check your junk mail folder.
