We're having a party!
The Fiddlehead Cookbook celebrates its 20th anniversary this month, so we're getting together to share memories, laugh, enjoy music (by Tom Locher and Kari Groven), lift a glass, and have the opportunity to taste those great desserts again!
All in support of the Juneau Arts & Humanities "Pipe Dream" Fund: The Council needs to buy pipe and draperies for the JACC and we need help!
The event is Sunday, September 25 from 4 - 6 and it is free, although donations will be gladly accepted, and there will be a Silent and Live Dessert Auction.
Specialty Imports is offering a no-host beer (Anchor Steam - one of the favorites at the Restaurant) and wine bar to benefit the Fund.
Bring your old copy of the Cookbook - we'll have a prize for most used. And we'll have a limited number of hardbacks available, as well as paperbacks to buy, and all the authors will be there to autograph them - with proceeds going to the Pipe Dream Fund.
