WINNING BIDDING & SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping will begin on December 19, 2011 and may take until December 23 depending on the item. Our goal is to get everything out the door by December 20 to help folks get items before the holidays.
**IF YOU PREFER TO PICK UP YOUR ITEM(S) AT THE WEST MONITOR BARN IN RICHMOND, VT – PLEASE EMAIL CAILIE (CAILIE.BURNS@VYCC.ORG) BY DECEMBER 15. YOU CAN PICK UP ITEMS MONDAY (12/19 FROM 12 P.M. - 5 P.M.), TUESDAY (12/20 FROM 8 A.M. - 5 P.M.), AND WEDNESDAY (12/21 FROM 8 A.M. - 5 P.M.). PLEASE PICK UP ITEMS BEFORE DECEMBER 22 IF POSSIBLE. OFFICE WILL NOT BE OPEN DEC. 23, 2O10 - JAN 2, 2011.**
ON DECEMBER 19 ALL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED IF WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM YOU!
ALL gift certificates will be mailed. Sorry, the VYCC is not able to drop off any items.
Winning bidders are responsible for all applicable shipping and handling charges. We only send packages through USPS. We work hard to keep s&h as low as possible. If you buy multiple items, we will group them together to save on s&h charges.
Some of our items are pick-up only due to size, shape, or other logistics. This is noted on the donation page.
All items are sold as is, so please read restrictions and descriptions carefully! We cannot refund your donation.
