The Fulbright Academy's Third Auction is now open.
Our Spring Auction ends on May 15th. We are having a small auction this spring, but some of the items are interesting and unique, so please take a look.
Bid early, bid often. The Fulbright Academy of Science & Technology is an independent organization established by the global community of Fulbright scholars. The Academy creates opportunities for collaboration among alumni and their institutions, and its programs are a catalyst for progress in many fields.
As alumni of the prestigious Fulbright Exchange Program, we are committed to improving the state of the world by leveraging the unique knowledge, abilities and connections of the Fulbrighters. We promote practical solutions to problems facing humanity today, and we draw on expertise of our members in natural and life sciences, social sciences, engineering, health professions, law & policy and business.
The funds that we raise will be used to support our programming for current grantees and young alumni -- individuals who have been chosen for their skills and would benefit from additional training, mentoring and assistance.
The Categories of items up for bid is in the left column of this page.

Join the Fun and Support the Fulbright Academy
Over 300,000 students, educators and professionals have traveled from or to the United States as Fulbright Scholars, and the Fulbright Academy helps these talented alumni spread their knowledge and experience. Our conferences, workshops and affinity groups create opportunities for collaboration and are a catalyst for progress.
Our full name is the Fulbright Academy of Science & Technology, but we have individual and institutional members from all fields and disciplines -- from Art to Zoology. Individual membership is $60; Institutional membership is $500. (Click here if you would like to join)
The proceeds of this auction are dedicated to programming for younger alumni and activities that strengthen ties among the international community.
Our Alumni Community
The Fulbright Academy is an international community. In 2006, we had its first annual conference in Berlin. Since then, there have been general conferences, specialized workshops and targeted trainings in places like Singapore, Qatar, Morocco, Panama and Jamaica, as well as at locations around the USA (San Francisco, Atlanta, Boston, Washington, New York City).
During the past two years, Fulbrighters and other leaders in science, business, government and nonprofits from 43 countries participated in our programming. Our flagship event is our Annual Conference. It brings and engages leaders in discussions, continuing education and outcome-oriented planning.
Our institutional partners and members are about 50% US-based and 50% international. They include Duke, Louisiana State, and Northeastern in the USA, and the Asian University for Women, Singapore Management University, and Great Zimbabwe University. We also have smaller institutions such as Assumption College Wilmington College, Barbados Community College. Individual members live in nearly every state in the USA, plus more than 50 countries.
From our homepage you can see the list of members, sign up for our newsletter or become a dues-paying supporter of the Fulbright Academy. To learn more, you also can watch a 10-minute video, filmed at our Annual Conference in Panama.
