North Shore Animal League America's Lewyt Humane Awards Online Auction Is Now Open!
Beginning June 4 through June 17, North Shore Animal League America will be auctioning off many fun and unique items and experiences to raise funding to support our mission.
This year's Lewyt Humane Awards Luncheon, will be held at the Garden City Hotel in New York on Wednesday, June 13th.
The Animal League will honor several individuals, organizations, and two hero pets whose actions reflect our mission to rescue, nurture and adopt orphaned animals into loving homes. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit www.AnimalLeague.org/luncheon2012.
Proceeds of the Luncheon and its auction, named in honor of Animal League founders the late Alex Lewyt and his wife Elisabeth Lewyt, Chairperson of the Board of Directors, benefit the Animal League’s mission to rescue, nurture and adopt an average of 20,000 homeless animals annually.
Auction items range from exotic vacation getaways, tickets to sporting events to fabulous dinners and wine tastings and everything in between. There will be something for everyone! All proceeds from the auction and event will benefit the North Shore Animal League America.
