Proceeds go to Muscular Dystrophy Association's (MDA) Augie's Quest, Employee Partners Care Foundation (E.P.C.F.) & the Henry Schueler 41 & 9 Foundation in order to BLACKOUT Despair, Disability & Disease. Charity Classic is an annual Grand Reception held at the Metropolitan Club to benefit MDA's Augie's Quest, E.P.C.F & a local charity. The 2012 local charity is the Henry Schueler 41 & 9 Foundation. Their mission is to provide funding toward innovative, leading edge research in the field of pediatric high risk leukemia and the fungal infections, such as mucormycosis, children are at risk for contracting while their bodies are compromised during chemotherapy treatment.
