As part of Bilzin Sumberg's Platinum Sponsorship of ACCA-SFL this year, they have selected Lawyers for Children to be the charitable recipient for our "The Real In House Counsel of South Florida" Legal Conference on September 20th at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL. Auction Notations
All items are sold "as is." No returns will be accepted and no refunds permitted. The law of the State of Florida shall govern with respect to all auction sales. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted. Please make sure you are aware that ALL bids are final and cannot be removed. Each buyer must pay the full purchase price of each Lot purchased, including the shipping and handling fees listed for each item. Your item will be shipped within one week of your payment being processed and approved. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your shipping address, please double check your "My Account" profile to confirm that your shipping address is correct. Winners with declined credit cards will have five (5) business days to provide alternative form of payment.
TRAVEL LOTS: It is the buyer's responsibility to make his or her own reservations. It is strongly suggested that you plan three to four monts ahead of time. Taxes are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Only those services listed in the lot description are included. Some restrictions may apply, and there may be some blackout dates. Lost or stolen travel vouchers cannot be replaced.
ART LOTS: "Retail Value" have been provided to us by the artist, publisher, auction house or gallery where the art was purchased. The retail value price may have no reflection on what a piece will actually sell for on the open market and are meant as a guide only. Due to second hand and closeout markets these prices are often irrelevant. We encourage you to purchase items based solely on your appreciation of the image or recognition of the artist.
