OVERBID INCENTIVE!
All bidders who overbid on merchandise valued at $25.00 or more will receive a $5 gift certificate from the Ravioli Shop, a certificate for a $7 appetizer at Texas Roadhouse: Steak Restaurant (valid with purchase of 2 entrees) and a $2.50 certificate for a free brick of delicious cheddar cheese from Cabot Creamery. That's a nearly $15 value in certificates for a $1 overbid!
SHIPPING
WXXI will gladly ship your items for you if you live out of the area or are unable to pick them up. Your credit card will be charged for the actual shipping cost and a small packing/handling fee. Please call 585-258-0357 if you have any questions. Please Note: If you are the high bidder of a Sentry Safe and live out of the area, you are responsible for arranging shipping.
WILL MY ITEMS BE MAILED OR DO I NEED TO COME PICK IT UP?
All Merchandise has an (M) in the item number, whereas certificates that will be mailed to you have a (C). If you have any questions, please call 585-258-0357.
DATES FOR PICK-UP OF WINNING MERCHANDISE:
- Friday, May 10th 1 PM to 6:30 PM
- Thursday, May 16th 1 PM to 7 PM
- Saturday, May 18th 9 AM to 12 PM
- Wednesday, May 22nd 1 PM to 6:30 PM
Pick-up is available at WXXI located on 280 State Street Rochester, NY 14614.
Auction Participants will also receive an email with dates for pick-up and private appointments can be made upon request. Please note if you have purchased a safe, you may need to bring someone to help lift it into your vehicle.
NEW YORK STATE SALES TAX CHARGE
Your credit card, will be charged 8.0% NY State sales tax due to NYS Law. This only applies to merchandise that is housed in our warehouse and will need to be picked up at the WXXI Studios Sales tax will not be charged for all gift cards, certificates, and the. merchandise the auction buyer will need to be picked up at the donor's site. Also, if you live out of state, tax will not be charged on your merchandise. All Merchandise has an (M) in front of the item number, whereas certificates that will be mailed to you have a (C). REGISTRATION INCENTIVE: Little Theatre Tickets
Bidders who have qualified for the registration incentive of the 2 Little Theatre movie tickets will receive their tickets in the mail. Due to the large volume of qualified bidders these will begin being mailed out the week of April 22nd. If you do not receive your tickets by the conclusion of the Auction on May 4th please contact the Auction at 585-258-0357.
