Founded in 1954, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Oxnard and Port Hueneme strive “to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens”. Our programs ensure youth have Academic Success, develop Good Character and Citizenship, and engage in Healthy Lifestyles. At just $20 per year, more than 9,000 youth annually participate in our before and after school programs at 18 sites throughout the community, including the first Boys & Girls Club in a Juvenile Justice Facility in the State of California.
