What better way to welcome Spring than to show your support of the visual and performing arts by participating in Creative Arts' Online and Live Event Fundraiser!
New items are being added daily! Show your support by bidding today, making a donation, and/or attending the event.
Time is ticking, here's what to do:
- Begin your bidding NOW! Don't delay and potentially miss the opportunity. By making your first bid your best you diminish the possibility of getting out-bid!
- Don't forget the "Online ONLY" category. There are a variety of items in there that will ONLY be available ONLINE and will NOT be moving to the live event!
- Any amount bid over the retail value is a tax-deduction, creating another win for you!
- Buy your tickets (ONLY $20 per person!) to the live event on March 13th at Creative Arts office, at the Burbank YMCA in Reading, or by mailing a check to Creative Arts at 25 Woburn Street, Reading. Tickets are also available at the door, but your RSVP helps us properly prepare!!
What happens at the live event on March 13th??
- AMAZING LIVE MUSICAL Performances by Creative Arts Faculty: Roald Wilson, Christine Chan (& her daughter, Faithlina), Esther Friedman; Adult Student Amy Imrich; current student Eva Sherman, and returning alumni Michael Sherman - a great mix of styles and instrumentation!
- Spot THEATRICAL Performances by Colonial Chorus Players and Creative Arts students.
- NEW - A FINE ART SALE featuring the work of current faculty Kirsten Brown, Dennis Hart, Jamie McDonough; past faculty member Andrew Dexter; and adult students.
- A Silent Auction including many items that are online and some that will ONLY be revealed at the event!
- RAFFLES for great prizes including a $50 Savings Bond!
- Fun games and a scavenger hunt that will result in many, many free prizes.
- A looping slide show highlighting our programs and cluing you into our "Bit o'Blarney" game.

To ensure you are the winning bidder you may either "buy it now" or attend the live event and continue bidding on the item(s). Check back often to see if changes have been made to auction items, including their end dates.
2) Shipping of any item(s) will be done so at the expense of the winning bidder via shipping methods of their choice. Items may also be taken at the end of the live event or picked up at Creative Arts' office. Items must be picked up by March 19, 2010.
