Proceeds from this event will provide valuable support of the outstanding artistic, educational and outreach programs of the Long Beach Symphony Orchestra. Known as a premier performing arts organization for the past 75 years, the LBSO draws devoted audiences from the entire Los Angeles area to its rich Classics Series, entertaining Symphony POPS! Concerts and dazzling Holiday Concert.
Since 1958, LBSO has been teaching the youths in our communities through its nationally recognized children’s education programs. This past school year, 50,000 children experienced live symphonic music through LBSO education programs provided at no cost to students or schools, but made possible by corporate grants and special events like Crescendo.
