Please allow until Mid-November for us to process the auction results (all credit cards will be processed starting the week of November 5th) and finish the item fulfillment process. It takes our staff about a week to complete all the item processing. We know that you’ll be pleased with your purchases and look forward to your continued support in future auctions as well.
If you have any questions about your item fulfillment, please call Shari Closter at 800-562-2529, ext. 22 or email her at email@example.com. She will be mailing the gift certificates at no charge to all winning bidders. All bidders with physical items to be shipped will be called for details and shipping charges will be billed accordingly through the shipping business member, Global Packing & Shipping of Camden, Maine.

There is free admission to the live event on November 2 at the Rockland Elks Lodge, 210 Rankin Street in Rockland. A catalog of all auction items will be available as you enter the live event. The preview is from 5-6 pm, with the live auction starting at 6 pm.
The featured item this year at the chamber auction is a FISHER HT Series snowplow from Fisher Engineering, valued at $5240! Thank you to Fisher Engineering for your generosity again this year, we really appreciate your support. Blade width, 7', 6".

The live auction will have Bruce & Becky Gamage as the auctioneer team, a concession stand, raffle auction items (including seven $100 cash raffle prizes) and a $500 Elimination Drawing. At the live event, "Boogie Man" raffle drawings of items & services will take place every half-hour starting at 6:30 p.m. Raffle prize numbers will be announced throughout the evening. Tickets: $5 for five tickets; $10 for "Boogie Man" arm length; $20 for "Boogie Man" height length.
$500 Elimination Drawing at live event: The Elimination Drawing board consists of 100 numbers being sold at $20 each, in which one winner will receive a cash prize of $500. Every half-hour, starting at 6:30 p.m., 20 numbers will be randomly selected and removed from the board until only one number is left. This person will receive $500 in cash!
