Proceeds from this auction and the Best of Rhode Island® party benefit ArtReach, a community outreach program created by Rhode Island Monthly Communications and the Providence Performing Arts Center.

Each year, ArtReach provides multiple grants to Rhode Island educators to enable them to bring the visual and performing arts into their classrooms for the children to learn from and participate in. Often times these grants are larger than their budgets for the year, allowing students to take part in vital arts in education projects.

Welcome to Rhode Island Monthly's Best of Rhode Island® 2010 auction. The online portion of the auction closes on July 26, 2010 at 11:59 pm and opens again at the live event (with even more items up for bid!) taking place on July 28, 2010 from 6-9 pm at PPAC.

Tickets are on sale now for the Best of Rhode Island® Party on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 from 6-9 pm at Providence Performing Arts Center.

Purchase tickets by calling 421-ARTS, stopping by the PPAC box office or ordering online. Tickets are $50 and include great food, beer, wine and a martini bar. Plus more great auctions and great people-watching with notable Rhode Islanders.

Also, enter to win your chance to enjoy the party from the best seats in the house, courtesy of Cardi's Furniture and Rhode Island Design Center.
