The Austin Online Auction is now open. Your opportunity to support Austin Elementary and take advantage of great purchasing opportunities has arrived. The on-line auction will run from March 12, 2010 through March 26, 2010, with all proceeds benefiting the Students at Austin Elementary.

Austin Staff Gifts of Precious Time
Our wonderful teachers and staff members are offering fantastic opportunities for the Austin students to spend special time with them outside of school hours. These fun filled activities are listed under "Unique Experiences." Please note that there could be several listings for one teacher. Also, if the gift of time designates a particular class or grade, the winning student's class or grade will be checked and verified before the gift certificate is delivered.
We are also offering special opportunities with community members, like the Mayor of Coppell, who have generously donated their time to Austin students. If an item states it is only available for Austin students, a student's registration at Austin Elementary will be checked and verified for these items as well.

Thank you for shopping at our On-Line Auction. Please read and keep in mind the fine print below:
- Opening or minimum bid amounts will be set and cannot be changed by bidders. Bid amounts must increase, not decrease.
- Unless otherwise noted, donations were made by the business/individual listed in the title of the offering.
- While every attempt has been made to fairly present each item online, images shown may not be exact representations of a given item.
- Auction items are donated and cannot be exchanged. Buyer is responsible for checking the conditions and expiration dates. All items are sold "as is" and all sales are final.
- All winners will be notified via email after the auction closes. Winners will receive an email stating the amount of your donation(s) or purchase(s) and thanking you for your participation.
- All payments for items will be processed at the end of the auction. If an item is not claimed, the item will be awarded to the next highest bidder.
- In the event of any dispute regarding bidding, the Auction Chair will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder.
- Unless noted, items can be shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fees, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped and billed at standard industry rates. For more specific details about shipping, please contact Elesha Tucker.
- All items must be paid in full and, if not being shipped, picked up at Austin Elementary on March 31, 2010 from 2:30pm - 7:30pm. Questions? Please contact Elesha.
Your donation may be tax deductible to the extent that it exceeds the fair market value of the goods or services received. A good-faith estimate of the fair market value is listed for each item.
