All work is sold as-is. Any amount bid over the listed value of a work is a tax-deductible contribution to Brooklyn Academy of Music. If a winning bidder is unable to pick up their piece at BAM, the work will be delivered or shipped at their expense.

We warmly thank this year's artists for generously donating their work and we congratulate all those who have won their item. If you recieved a winning notification and have not recieved an invoice from BAM, please contact BAMart using the contact info in the call out box to the right.
The lucky winners may arrange to pick up their piece at BAM on Monday, March 29 from noon - 8 pm and Tuesday, March 30 from 9 am - 6pm. You also have the option of having your work will be delivered or shipped at the buyer's expense. Note: separate arrangements may need to be made for work not installed at BAM.
