Pick up of items will occur in the office of Carver Elementary School located at 3100 Huntington Drive in San Marino, CA, after auction close on the following dates/times:
Thursday, 3/10 - Friday, 3/11
8:15am-9:30am and 2:00pm-3:30pm
If you cannot pick up your items as scheduled, additional shipping charges may apply and must be added to the winning bid amount - the donors will not be responsible for charges related to delivery of items.
Pick up must occur within thirty (30) days of auction close or unclaimed items will be considered a donation to the school.
The Auction May Be Gone, But Our Mission Goes On!
Even though our auction has ended, our organization and our mission have not. We would greatly appreciate your continued support in terms of time, effort and funding, and will do our best to keep you up to date on future activities.

The winning bidder bears the entire risk of the quality, performance, and safety of the donated items. K.L. Carver Elementary School PTA has not tested or inspected the goods and services for their quality and safety. The winning bidder assumes all risks upon purchase and upon engaging in the activities. K.L. Carver Elementary School PTA shall not be responsible for any injuries or damages that result from the winning bidder’s use of the auctioned items or services or from participation in services or activities purchased. Participation in the K.L. Carver Elementary School 2014 Auction constitutes a waiver of any and all claims against K.L. Carver Elementary School PTA for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from or connected with the use or receipt of any item or service auctioned.
