The Auction May Be Gone, But Our Mission Goes On!

Although our auction has ended, the Chesterbrook PTA has many activities coming up.  Next weekend - the Fun Fair on Saturday, March 13 from 10 am until 2pm. The Chesterbrook PTA continues to need your support in terms of time, effort and funding.

AUCTION RULES

• The auction closes on Sunday, March 7th at 10:00 pm.
• PLEASE BE SURE TO UPDATE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IF IT HAS CHANGED.
• Please note that some auction items are open for bidding to - CHESTERBROOK FAMILIES ONLY!  Bids from others will not be accepted.
• Hot Items - Bid extension will be applied to "hot items".  This feature extends the auction closing time on an item by 5 minutes each time a new bid is placed during the last 5 minutes of an auction. This assures that all bidders will have the opportunity to counter any last-second bids on an item.  The item's closing time will continue to extend in 5 minute increments as long as there is continued bidding. The item will automatically close when there is a 5 minute extension period with no new bids.
• Pick Up of Items - All items will be available for pick up Saturday, March 13 from 10 am until 2 pm at Chesterbrook Elementary School 1753 Kirby Road McLean, Virginia.  Please go to the Computer Room.
• Winning bidders who are not local - Your items will be will be shipped within 7 days after payment is confirmed.  We will ship items as quickly as possible.  We appreciate your patience. 
• Shipping/Handling - If winning bidder is registered as non-local, then he/she is responsible for shipping and handling fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount when the auction closes. Items will be shipped via United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service and billed at standard industry rates.
• Items will NOT be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses
