The online portion of Friends of Douglass/Greene Park Silent Auction is now open. The auction will run til November 1, 2011, with the live event taking place that night from 7-9PM at the Marriott on 3rd Avenue and Douglass Street.

Proceeds go to Friends of Douglass/Greene Park, Inc. in order to support the communities and organizations in the Park Slope and Gowanus areas of Brooklyn to revitalize the long neglected Thomas Greene Park. We pledge to seek out and support ecological, recreational, educational and economic uses that increase the park's attractiveness as a destination while respecting the character of the surrounding areas.
