*All sales are final. There will be no exchange or refunds on items. Please read the specifications and limitations in the lot descriptions carefully.
*Unless otherwise specified, all auction items and services must be used by December 31st, 2012.
*Unless otherwise specified, dates and times are to be arranged through mutual convenience of the donor and the buyer.
*Payment must be made in full by cash, check, or credit card before item is picked up or shipped. American Express, Mastercard, and Visa will be accepted. All items must be picked up or delivered by Dec 15th, 2011.
*Lotus Music & Dance warrants neither the quality nor the value of items and services auctioned. All items are sold as is and with no faults.
*New IRS regulations specify that Lotus Music & Dance must inform the buyer that only the amount paid for an item over the stated marked value is tax deductible. Dollar values are good faith estimates of equivalent items and their fair market values.
*By participating in this auction, each bidder recognizes and agrees that neither Lotus Music & Dance nor anyone who assists in the conduct of this auction shall be liable for any occurrences resulting from the use of auctioned items and services.
