WHAT HAPPENS NOW:
All auction communication comes via e-mail. If you are a winning bidder, look for TWO e-mails per item. One announces that you have won, the other contains details on how you can claim your package. All e-mails com from "@biddingforgood.com" and may end up in your junk mail so be sure to check there.
Just in case you still miss it, here is a summary:
Per the Conditions of Sale, all sales are final. Distribution of items is as follows, with the exception of early close items:
All packages are to be picked up in person by the winning bidder.
Upon request, items will be mailed. All mailed items are sent via certified mail, return receipt requested. A shipping and handling charge of $7.00 will be automatically added to the winning bidder's credit card. (Fee is per envelope--may include more than one card/certificate.) Upon request, item will be mailed regular mail; in such cases, Nevada Public Radio assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen certificates. Items that cannot fit into an envelope, if not picked up, will be charged full postage plus a $7 handling fee.
Items will be available for pickup at the Nevada Public Radio Studios between Monday, August 16th and Friday, August 20th between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Items not picked-up by August 20th will be mailed and associated fees will applied to winning bidder's charge card.

The Nevada Public Radio studios are located at 1289 S. Torrey Pines Drive on the West Charleston Campus of the College of Southern Nevada. It is a brightly-colored building with satellite dishes on the roof; you can't miss us! Click here for a map.
