The PS 163 Winter 2011 Auction Has Closed
The 2011 Annual Winter Auction for PS 163 Manhattan is now closed. Thank you all for taking the time to point, click and bid in order to support PS 163 Manhattan (Alfred E. Smith School) and our arts programming.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING AND PICKUP:
Gift certificates will be available for pickup at PS 163 (163 West 97th Street between Columbus and Amsterdam) just after morning dropoff (8:45 until 9:30 a.m.) on December 6, 7, and 8. A table will be located at the entrance to the auditorium and have the PS 163 logo on it. Paid certificates will be mailed to out-of-NYC customers within a week unless there is a deadline attached to the certificate. Remaining certificates will be mailed to local customers the week of December 12 if they have not been picked up by then. Please contact ps163auction@gmail.com for alternate arrangements if needed.
Larger items will be available for pickup at PS 163 (163 West 97th Street between Columbus and Amsterdam) during morning dropoff (8:40 until 9:00 a.m.) December 6, 7, and 8. For customers in the New York City area, items will be held at PS 163, please contact ps163auction@gmail.com for information.
For out of town customers:
Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate if possible and billed at standard industry rates. For more information see the Priority Mail section of the USPS site.
