Starting on March 1, 2010, Saint Mary Academy will be auctioning off a number of fun and unique items to bid on to raise money for our organization - and the more items we have the more money we can raise, so we're asking for your help.

Whether you have 1 item or 100 to contribute, your participation is an invaluable part of our fundraising efforts. By donating an item or service directly online, you'll be helping to raise money for our organization, and you'll receive a mention on our site that can link back to your own web page.

Is your Item Live or Online-only: What's the difference?

When bidding on items, please pay special attention to whether your item is marked "live" or "online-only." Items marked "live" will not be closed in the online auction. If it's an item you desire, you need to attend the live event where bidding on this item will continue. If you can't attend the live event on Saturday, March 20, please fill out a proxy bid for the item you are bidding on and write the highest amount you are able to bid. Proxy bids must be submitted to the main office no later than Thursday, March 18 at 5 p.m. and can be found either online at www.saintmaryacademy.org (click community events, then auction) or by calling (603) 742-3299.

If your item is marked "online-only" your item will close with the other online items on Wednesday, March 17 at 9 p.m. Winners will be notified via email when and how they can pick up items. The credit card you provide will not be charged until the following Friday, March 26, allowing people the opportunity to pay with either cash or check first. 

Thank you for supporting Saint Mary Academy. Your contribution will go directly to providing our young people with the gift of a Catholic education, hold down the cost of tuition, provide a source of ongoing income for support of school operations, and provide materials and support services.
