Even though our auction has ended, our organization and our mission have not. We would greatly appreciate your continued support in terms of time, effort and funding, and will do our best to keep you up to date on future activities.

AUCTION NOTATIONS

All items are sold "as is." No returns will be accepted and no refunds permitted. The law of the State of Connecticut shall govern with respect to all auction sales.

TRAVEL LOTS

It is the buyer's responsibility to make his or her own reservations. It is strongly suggested that you plan three-four months ahead of time. Taxes are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Only those services listed in the lot description are included. Some restrictions may apply, and there may be some blackout dates.  Lost or stolen travel vouchers cannot be replaced.

PAYMENT

The winning bidder must pay the full purchase price of each item purchased at the close of the auction.  Payments must be made by credit card using MasterCard, Visa or Discover.  Winners with declined cards will be given 5 business days to provide an alternate form of payment or forfeit their right to the winning bid.

Certificates will be mailed via USPS after payments have been processed.  Delivery of all other items will be arranged by a phone call to the winning bidder. Once payment has been verified, items can be picked up via appointment at the Warner Theatre Box Office or the theatre will make arrangements to have the item shipped at the winning bidder’s expense.  Please make sure that your "My Account" information is accurate for your address, phone and e-mail.
