Why we’re raising money . . .
PCF Development was thrilled to announce in May that Branch Street Revival, a project consisting of 46 units of rental homes in Pawtucket and Central Falls, is now fully funded and should get started later this year.
This land, a brownfield site along the Blackstone riverfront, has been vacant since the 1970's and a constant source of illegal dumping and overgrowth of invasive species. But soon it will be home to beautiful, new, affordable homes.
PCF Development is seeking additional funding to build a new riverfront park adjacent to the Pawtucket section of the project. This park will provide much needed recreation space and river access for everyone in the community!
