The Online Auction is OPEN!
The auction will run from May 14, 2022 to May 20, 2022, with the live event taking place on May 20, 2022. Proceeds go to Hunter College Elementary School PTA in order to support enrichment programs for the students in the 2022-23 school year. The auction features a host of donated items guaranteed to delight and surprise. Most of the items you see are available in the online auction (web & mobile) via Bidding for Good.
Live Auction for Select Items
The auction for select items will be carried over and will conclude at the Annual Benefit on May 20. These items include
- Class auction projects
- 2 Tickets to Hamilton
- 2 Tickets to Lion King (+ Aftershow treat w/ Mari)
- 4 Tickets to a NY Giants Home Game (includes parking pass)
- 2 Tickets to Red Sox vs. Yankees (July 17)
- Wine for All (wine tasting up to 10)
- 1 Case of Los Lobos Tequila
ONLINE BIDDING FOR THESE ITEMS WILL CLOSE 8:30 PM ON MAY 19, AND MAXIMUM BIDS INDICATED WILL BE CARRIED OVER AS ABSENTEE BIDS DURING THE LIVE EVENT. HENCE, ALL MEMBERS OF THE HCES COMMUNITY CAN PARTICIPATE IRRESPECTIVE OF ATTENDANCE AT THE LIVE EVENT.
Raffle
We are selling raffle tickets to 2 very special items:
- "She Persisted" book collection (autographed by the author, Chelsea Clinton)
- Collection of books (G'morning G'night, In the Heights - Finding Home, Encanto Songbook) and playbills autographed by HCES Alum, Lin-Manuel Miranda
Tickets are $10 each, and are available on Bidding for Good. We will draw the winning ticket at a later date at school (day TBD).
We are adding new items and improving pricing on no-bid items throughout the auction period, so be sure to check out our site daily!!! So, tell your friends, family, community. Let the bidding begin!

Remember, In Bidding For Good, you can:
1) Set a Maximum Bid (in the bidding area put the highest # you want to bid) and the system will bid up each time someone bids against you until your max bid so you don't have to watch the item all the time. You can sign up for alerts to tell you when you are outbid to alert you by email/text;
2) Watch an Item by clicking on Add to My items

The venue has a private rooftop terrace where guests can mingle.
Open bar all evening with passed hors d'oeuvres, buffet entrees, and dessert bar. View the menu.

Join us for a fun-filled evening - all while we celebrate getting together and raising funds for HCES. We will have a live auction, raffle draw, and a paddle raise (for the Ron Brown playground)
Masks are optional for the event, and attendees are encouraged to self-test prior to the event (and not attend if sick). For the comfort and safety of our guests and staff, we will require proof of a negative antigen test taken on the day of the event. Rapid antigen tests will be available onsite as well.
It's been 3 years since the Annual Benefit was held in-person, and the PTA is very excited to celebrate this event with the HCES Community. In the spirit of celebrating inclusiveness and coming together, we have set aside a number of tickets for folks who really want to attend but can only commit to a lower financial commitment.
