Clean Islands International is a US IRS 501(c)(3) nonprofit nongovernmental corporation, founded in Abaco, The Bahamas on April 9, 1992, chartered in Maryland and a registered non-profit in the U.S. Virgin Islands, organized exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes.
