Thank you for your interest in contributing to the Maranatha Christian Academy collective bid, where we all bid as a team to raise funds for MCA! Every donation, no matter the amount, helps support our mission to raise up World Changers for Christ!
This year your cash contributions will go to support the following collective bid projects:
- $11,000: Video Security System
- $5,000: Life Science Exploration Kit
- $5,000: Portable Sound System and Rehearsal Studio and Band Uniforms
$11,000: Video Security System. Nothing is more important than the safety of our students. By installing a high-quality, multi-camera Blue Caliber Surveillance System, we will provide assurance and safety to our students, faculty, and the school property. Having a surveillance systems is a proven deterent to theft, vandalism, or any criminal action perpetrated on the property. Maranatha will be able to monitor the premises via tablet or smart phone 24 hours a day, from anywhere in the country! Let's partner together to protect our kids!
$5,000: Life Science Exploration Kit. Let’s help our kids learn more about science by replacing all of the extremely outdated life science specimens and DNA models (Mr. Ediger said the specimens are all older than he is!). Additionally, Mr. Ediger and Mr. Cox will be able to purchase new probes for advanced science experiments, live animals for the classrooms, and other science equipment to help our kids grow in wisdom and knowledge about God’s amazing creation.
$5,000: SmartMusic Portable Sound System and Rehearsal Studio + New Uniforms. What if a student could record their piece and have a computer program analyze where they played an out of place note? What if more than 20,000 accompaniment tracks could be on file for a variety of performances? If we fund this collective bid item, our musicians will be able to do this and much more. Adding this unit to Mr. Gordon’s teaching arsenal will provide a myriad of benefits to the Eagle marching band and musical program. We will also replace choir dresses and Junior High band uniforms that are 20 years old.
