Blown glass and welded steel sculpture.
Special Instructions:
My work is inspired by the chaos of the world in an era of industrialism and war. The process is personal and cathartic. Referencing old Biblical concepts, I use modern materials and techniques. The large birch plywood block prints were influenced by Durer’s classical methods and DaVinci’s engineering and anatomy. My large industrial steel sculptures reflect contemporary architecture inspired by Russian Constructivism, video games and movies.
