Kakui Sushi in Montclair, a 2011 Best of Oakland & the East Bay Restaurant, serves a wide variety of sake along with mouth wateringly fresh and artfully presented sushi. Here's your chance to sample selections from each of the three categories of premium sake: junmai, ginjo, and diainjo. Taste the different rice flavors and strengths, and floral and fruity nuances while enjoying a variety of appetizers. This sake tasting is Sunday April 22, 2012 from 2:00-4:30 pm. $100 per person with room for 20. One lucky guest will bring home a bottle of sake! Kampai!
