Hello Fellow Foodies! This July is the perfect time to delve into an age old culinary tradition that is being widely embraced today by many many acclaimed chefs, International Street Foods! What are street foods you ask? Hot Dogs and mustard? Sure, at a stadium, but we're talking much finer ingredients and pushing the envelopes of fusion cuisine in many cases. We'll explore the fusion side of street foods, but also some of the classic dishes that are served in Thailand, Vietnam, Mexico, South America and even the Middle East. Come and experience new flavor profiles and how to make dishes that you may have had before and wondered just how to make them. We're cooking and eating outside (although not everything will be done on the BBQ) so keep an eye on the forecast for need of a sweater. Should be a nice summer evening. Hope to see you here!
