Item Description

Explore the sweet world of baking with Cafe Firenze & Firenze Osteria’s Executive Pastry Chef, Bambi Hosaka. Students will enjoy a three hour class designed to teach kids the basic techniques needed to become a knowledgeable and skillful baker at home. The
class will include hands-on participation in addition to some lecture and demonstration. At the end of the session, students will be given a personalized apron, notebook and a recipe booklet to take home. There will be raffle items to be given throughout the session.

Special Instructions

Open to Chaminade families only. Maximum 6 kids, ages 10-12. The class will be held at Chaminade Middle School sometime in June, unless an alternative date can be mutually agreed upon.
