Donate An Item
Donating items to our auction catalog is a great way to support our fundraising efforts. We encourage you to be creative and invite our planners to participate in this opportunity. Why not consider providing lunch with your congressman; or providing a piece of art by a beloved artist; or extending a wine tour at a local Virginia winery? Of course hotel accommodations, airline tickets, transportation items, etc. are perennial winners.
To submit an item donation to this auction, you will be asked to provide some information about the item you would like to donate, along with digital pictures of the item if you have any. If your donation has an expiration date we ask to set the date for at least six months (1 year is recommended) following the silent auction taking place on April 25, 2013.
The auction committee will contact you by email after the item has been reviewed.
PMPI is the second largest MPI chapter in the world with over 1000 members - 50% of whom represent the planner community (including association, corporate, government and independent planners), 45% of whom represent the supplier community and the remainder representing the student community.
PMPI recognizes the value of its members who supply goods and services, and feel there should be additional benefits for those who help the chapter achieve its goals of superior professional development and networking opportunities.
