The perfect summer get-away!  You'll enjoy one week's stay in this wonderfully-appointed townhome located at the beautiful resort community of Brettonwoods in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

The townhome is over 3,000 square feet and is fully furnished and beautifully decorated in the Shaker style. The main floor has a living room with Queen pull-out bed, dining room, kitchen, 1/2 bath and master suite with king bed and full bath.  The deck off of the living room has a direct view of Mt. Washington.  Located on the upper floor are two bedrooms, both with queen beds and shared full bath and the lower floor has a family room with pull-out bed, bedroom with twin beds, full bath and laundry room.

The deck off of the family room walks out to the grounds and overlooks Mt. Washington.  The townhome sleeps a total of 12 and there is parking at the front door for two cars and a small parking lot across from the townhome.

Guests of the townhome have access to resort activities such as hiking, swimming, golf, luxury spa, zip line and much more - additional fees may apply.

Special Instructions

Availability for the week is Friday, July 27, 2012 through Thursday, August 2, 2012.

Check in is 3:00 p.m., Check out is 11:00 a.m. - No security deposit is needed, but a credit card will be required  for the file and any damage to unit will be charged to card.

Airfare/transportation to Brettonwoods is the responsibility of the successful bidder.

Once this information is received, the owner of the condo will provide it to the resort and the resort will contact bidder.
