1. Must be a resident of the State of Florida  2. Must be able to meet with the attorney at  her office in Tampa, Florida, to sign the documents                                     3. If the Florida Bar rules prohibit the attorney from representing the client due to a conflict of interest under Florida Ethics Rule 4-1, as determined by the attorney, the Byrd Alzheimer's Institute will refund the bidder's money or the bidder may retain the money with the Institute as a cash donation.
