Item Description

Aged grass fed boneless ribs roast from Slope Farms in the western Catskills. Our cattle eat only pasture grasses. They receive no antibiotics, hormones or grain, and never see a feedlot. The cattle are on pasture all year round.

Medium rare, it will be the best roast beef you’ve ever eaten. (I’ll send cooking instructions!)
