In May 2006, Caesars Palace welcomed Guy Savoy, the famed French chef whose namesake restaurant in Paris has three Michelin Stars, which is widely recognized as the pinnacle in culinary achievement. Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro Caesars Palace offers guests three distinct experiences including a chocolate shop, pastry shop with made-to-order crepes and other individually packaged sandwiches and pastries that can be taken to go. There is also an intimate full-service dining room that serves breakfast and lunch. Signature Dishes: Classic Croque Monsieur, ham and Swiss cheese quiche, crêpes and pastries.
