Payment details: 

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the winning bid will be charged to the registered credit card of the winning bidder.  This will occur on Sunday, May 8, 2011.  The winning bidder is responsible for the remaining balance by Sunday, May 15, 2011 by credit card or certified check.   

 Vehicle Delivery Details:

The vehicle will be readily available within 4-6 weeks for pick-up by the high bidder at the nearest New England Toyota Dealer.

A letter will be sent to the Toyota New England Region from Rhode Island PBS with the high bidder’s name, address and daytime phone. 

Upon receipt, Toyota will:

1. Call the high bidder and arrange delivery to the New England Toyota Dealer closest to his or her home.

2. After the closest New England Toyota Dealer is determined, the dealership will contact the winner to schedule the paperwork for sales tax and registration. The delivery and paperwork will be coordinated through the dealership.
