Emeril’s throwing one hell of a party and he wants you to be there. Join him on November 11th and 12th, 2011 for the 7th annual Carnival du Vin, the signature fundraiser for the Emeril Lagasse Foundation. You’ll spend Friday night at the “Boudin & Beer” event, where 15 of New Orleans’s hottest chefs will be slinging artisan meats and sausages and pairing them with bold regional craft brews. On Saturday there’s a multi-course wine dinner with dishes from award winners like Mario Batali and Michael Chiarello, a live auction filled with money-can’t-buy packages, and an exclusive performance by an amazing (but yet-to-be announced) headlining musical guest (past performers have included Kool & The Gang and Sammy Hagar). Don’t miss your chance to hobnob with New Orleans’s culinary elite and support a great cause that has raised more than $4 million for local culinary educational programs.
