Item Description

The winning bidder will have his airplane photographed by one of AOPA Pilot’s professional photographers—in the air and on the ground. The aircraft owner can experience how the magazine’s professional pilot and photography crews plan and execute the photos missions that result in the spectacular images in AOPA magazines every month. After the photo shoot, the winner will be presented with the digital high-resolution images from the shoot for their non-commercial use as desired. AOPA retains the rights to publish the images at its discretion. The shoot will be performed at a mutually agreed upon time before December 31, 2012 at either Frederick, Maryland, Municipal Airport or Wichita Mid-Continent Airport, or during a mutually agreed upon time and location near Palm Springs, California, at the time of AOPA Aviation Summit 2012. One of AOPA's formation trained pilots will fly the winning bidder's airplane for the photo shoot with the owner on board.

Special Instructions

The winning bidder is responsible for flying his airplane to one of the shoot locations and his own travel costs.
