Enjoy a week relaxing and getting away!   

Relax in a recently renovated vacation home in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.   The house is a short walk to lovely Lower Beech Pond on the Wolfeboro/Tuftonboro town line.  This pond is crystal clear and great for swimming fishing and slowing down your hectic pace.  Enjoy the quiet relaxation of our screened-in porch and the privacy offered by our wooded lot.  Amenities include the use of 2 kayaks and 1 canoe, with access to the nearby association tennis courts and 2 association beaches.  The nearest beach is a 2 minute walk from the house.  Downtown Wolfeboro, with all of its shops and restaurants, is a 10 minute drive.  Wolfeboro also offers easy access to groceries, golf, Lake Winnipesaukee and other recreation activities.  Outlet shopping in the North Conway area is less than 1 hour away.  Sorry, no pets are allowed.

The donation  for a week (Saturday to Saturday) in the summer or early fall of 2012 to be negotiated with owner.  The first 2 weeks of July are currently not unavailable.

Special Instructions

A $200 security deposit is required and is refundable after your visit.   This deposit may be waived at the owner's discretion if the winner is in attendance at the 3/10 event.
