A Key Horse is the expected winning horse used in multiple combinations in an exotic wager. This Kuleto Estate Winery Intensive Food and Wine Pairing for Eight will combine five courses of chef inspired creations with nine wines in a three hour tasting event enjoyed at Kuleto Estate’s exotic setting high above the Napa Valley!
Chef Sarah Heller has an impressive resumé beginning with a BS in Culinary Arts as well as substantial experience at Spire in Boston, Thomas Keller’s Bouchon, Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen and the Michelin Two Star Restaurant at Meadowood. She recently began creating her own menus and will provide five light courses and share with the group on why she chose various food elements to contrast or complement the wines.
Kuleto winemaker David Lattin is a twenty-five year winemaking veteran with a Master in Enology and extensive international experience. He will pour nine diverse wine selections and discuss with the group the flavor and structural properties of each and how they interact with the elements of the food courses.
The spectacular setting of Kuleto Estate is located on 761 acres of mountainous land overlooking Lake Hennessey, Pritchard Hill and the towns of Rutherford and St. Helena. The Triple Crown views are beyond belief!
