What’s new, Buenos Aires? Elena Roger is new and you'll want to say you're just a little stuck on her and this special Eva Peron bear. Roger makes her Broadway debut in this year's revival of Evita, Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s beloved musical. To honor this iconic musical's return, we present our Eva Peron bear, posing in her classic white ball gown and “raised arm” stance on the balcony at the Casa Rosada. All materials used on this bear are fabrics from the Broadway revival. The bodice is cream with platinum fabric and the skirt is made of two layers of organza, one gold and one off-white with crystal starbursts, as well as two layers of crystal spotted netting. Both the skirt and bodice are hand-encrusted with Swarovski beads and crystals. Ever the star, Eva wears white patent leather heels and a blonde wig styled into a large chignon with pearl clusters. She also wears crystal-and-pearl earrings with a Swarovski-beaded necklace. It’s a new Argentina and this leading lady is about to be "Rainbow High."
